How verification works

Verification describes how the information on a listing was obtained. It is not a rating, an endorsement or a guarantee of workmanship.

UnverifiedThe listing was compiled from publicly available information. The business has not yet confirmed it with us.

Information reviewedA person at Host Desk has checked the listing against the sources recorded on the profile, and the information is internally consistent.

Business verifiedThe business has confirmed the listing directly with Host Desk, including its services, service areas and contact details.

Verification expiredThe business previously confirmed this listing, but the confirmation is now older than our review period and has not been renewed.

Other labels you will see

Demo listing — an example record used while the directory is being built. Contact details are disabled and the page is not indexed.

Featured placement — a paid position. It does not change how a supplier is verified or how well they match your request.

Unclaimed — the business has not yet taken control of its listing.

Every profile shows when its information was last confirmed. If something is wrong, use the report link on that profile and we will review it.
