Enquiry and application details you submit (name, contact details, suburb and message), search text entered into Ask Host Desk, and anonymous usage events such as which pages and categories are viewed.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, review supplier applications, correct listing information, and understand which services and areas hosts are looking for so we can source suppliers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your enquiry with suppliers other than the one you contacted or asked us to contact.

Storage and retention

Information is stored in our managed database in a secured environment and retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Saved items

Saved suppliers and saved searches are stored in your browser on your device, not in an account, unless you choose otherwise in future.

Access and corrections

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing us.
