These terms apply to everyone using Host Desk.

Using this directory

Host Desk provides information about suppliers who service short-stay properties on the Gold Coast. You are responsible for deciding whether a supplier is suitable for your property and for entering any agreement with them directly.

No engagement or agency

Host Desk does not employ, contract, supervise or guarantee any supplier listed. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with a supplier and we do not take a commission on the work performed.

Accuracy of information

Listings reflect information supplied to us and the date it was last confirmed. Availability, pricing, insurance and licensing must be confirmed directly with the supplier before work begins.

Supplier obligations

Suppliers who apply to be listed must be authorised to represent the business, provide accurate information, hold any legally required licences, and promptly notify us of changes.

Paid placement

Where a listing is a paid placement it is labelled as featured. Payment never affects verification status or how well a supplier matches a search.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Host Desk is not liable for loss arising from the acts or omissions of a listed supplier, or from reliance on directory information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
